More about Zenon

My name is Zenon Kyle. I work as a BACP accredited Counsellor offering Counselling, Life coaching, supervision and training services. As a Counsellor and Life Coach I work with individuals who want to bring about changes in their lives.

I work as a Supervisor of Counsellors and others in the helping professions, assisting them to offer their skills and experience most effectively whilst being adequately supported themselves.

In practice, whatever my role, I aim to assist with alleviating distress, enable people to live a little more effectively, and eventually achieve the fullness of who they are as a human being.

My approach is to be non-judgemental and aims to be empowering. I work with individuals long and short term.

I work in offices in Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Worcester, and offer my services over the telephone as well as in face to face meetings.

My qualifications and experience

MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy (2004). Post Graduate Diploma (Integrative) in Counselling and Psychotherapy (2002). Diploma in Counselling (1991). Bachelor of Arts Open University (1985). OCN Certificate Workplace Mediation. RELATE supervisor training

I have experience/special interest in: Self Esteem; Stress; Relationships; Depression; Anxiety; Workplace issues; Dealing with Conflict; Redundancy; Harassment & Bullying; Personal growth and development. I have a particular interest in working with people who are struggling with the various transitions through life’s journey, and with those who want a more meaningful life.

My approach is Integrative, incorporating Humanistic, Person Centred, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural & Transpersonal ideas and models

Additional information: I have worked in a counselling role for Aquarius (drug & alcohol dependency), NCH Action for Children, the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), and BCC StaffCare. I also work for Employee Assistance Programmes. My research for my MSc was an investigation into the strengths and limitations of psychosynthesis psychotherapy in practice
