I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor working from offices in Birmingham map and Bromsgrove map. I have helped people address issues such as:

Relationship difficulties, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, bereavement, identity, dealing with conflict, workplace issues, harassment & bullying, redundancy, alcohol and food dependency etc.


I meet people for counselling in comfortable and discreet offices. If preferred, I have extensive experience of offering counselling over the telephone as well.
