Hello and welcome!

I hope that this and the following pages will answer some of your questions about my services.

I am a BACP accredited Counsellor and I work with colleagues in the field, in consulting rooms at 'Relate' near Broad Street Birmingham, at 'CH Counselling' Foregate Street Worcester, and in my base at 'The Oakalls' in Bromsgrove.

My Counsellor Accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors assures you of a high standard of care.

I have worked as a Counsellor in all sectors supporting amongst others, Nurses, Teachers, Social Workers, Managers, Local Authority officers and people in Ministries.

I have helped people address a wide variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, alcohol, drug and food dependencies, difficulties in dealing with conflict, redundancy, bereavement etc.

I aim to assist you to find a way forward that will improve your experience of how you live your life.
